This plate was painted using different shades of paint.

This refers to ceramics made near Hasami Town, located in the north-central part of Nagasaki Prefecture.
It is a traditional Japanese craft with a history of over 400 years.
Hasami ware is characterized by a tasteful design made from beautiful white porcelain and painted with indigo pigment.
