WAKASA Nuri chopsticks are traditional Japanese crafts and are lacquered chopsticks made mainly in Obama City, Fukui Prefecture.
What is the WAKASA Nuri technique?
It is a technique in which colored lacquer is applied in layers, and patterns are made with shells, eggshells, gold leaf, etc., and then polished to create a "raised pattern".
